6. START UP INSTRUCTIONS
6.1. UNPACKING AND LIST OF MATERIALS
This machine comes mounted from the factory except
for the handles and the wheels.
Carefully inspect the product to ensure that there are
no damaged elements. If you find any damaged or
missing parts, do not use the machine until the defect
has been repaired or all the missing pieces replaced.
Using the machine without all of its parts or with
defective parts can cause severe personal injury.
6.2. ASSEMBLY
6.2.1. HANDLEBAR ASSEMBLY
Place the inferior handle and tighten the screws (A)
with its washers (B).
6.2.2. INSTALLATION OF REVERSE CABLE
1. Insert the head of the reverse cable (A) in the
reverse lever.
2. Pull the cable backwards and lift so that the cable
cover falls into place (B).
6.2.3. INSTALLATION OF CLUTCH CABLE
1. Insert the head of the clutch cable (D) in the clutch
lever.
2. Pull the cable backwards and lift so that the cable
cover falls into place (E).
6.2.4. WHEEL INSTALLATION
Wheels can be mounted in two positions:
- Free for transport.
- Fixed for working.
Mounting for transport:
Place the wheel in such a way that the hole of the pin
is outside of the wheel axle (S).
Pass the pin (Q) and place the security ring (R) over
the axis thus avoiding that the pin falls out of place.
