Put the Cooling Vest on the body as you
would any other outer wear garment; pull the
zipper up. Side elastic straps should stay fastened
on the sides to be easily readjusted.

Firmly insert the other end of the Connector
Hose into the port on the end panel of the
Control Unit. To disconnect the hose, press the red
button and pull the hose straight out from the
Control Unit.

Using both hands, hold the ends of the
elastic straps and gently fit the Vest so it is
snug to the body.
It is recommended that top straps angle up from
the back across the top of the chest, and not
straight across under the arms. This will discour-
age the Vest from riding up.

Attach the end of the Connector Hose to the
Connector Port on the Vest by firmly inserting
the two pieces straight into each other. There
should be an audible “click”. The Connector Hose
should be oriented so that the disconnect button
is facing away from your body.
The optional safety loop may be used to drape
the hose from the front of the Vest to the back, if
preferred.

Before putting on the Vest, notice the loop strip
down the back from the back zipper to the waist.
Height of the straps is adjustable and controllable
from this back location. To start, you may wish
to position the top strap as low as possible, then
adjust for comfort and fit. Straps may overlap
slightly. This may take a few tries before you get
the fit you want. Prime the Cooling Vest using the
following steps:
• Select “Off” (No Pressure) on the
GRPro 2.1 Control Unit
• Attach the Connector Hose to the
Control Unit and the Cooling Vest
• Lay the Cooling Vest open and flat
next to or lower than the Control Unit
(not on the body)
• Run the system for 2 minutes
