5. Deforsting (Def)
Defrosting with microwaves is much faster than defrosting in the refrigerator and safer than
thawing at room temperature because it does not support the growth of harmful bacteria.
It is important to note that defrosting takes longer than normal cooking. Check the food,
turn it at least once during defrosting.
The defrosting meat weight on the product graphic is for information only and depends
on several factors. Choose the time taking into account the current temperature and the
condition of the raw material. For deep-frozen meat, when defrosting for a
longer time, be
careful not to partially cook the marginal and weak parts.
How to process

During defrosting, an alarm may sound to remind you to turn the defrosted food.

The heating time is divided into 3 equal parts - the first part is set to 80P, the second
to 50P and the last to 30P.
