Air-intake baffle and air-discharge baffle have different shapes and functions. It is hardly
recommended to observe the right mounting position. The air-intake baffle is constituted of only 2 walls of
acrylic glass; it must be installed on the front side of the cabinet, where the digital thermometer is also
installed. The air-discharge baffle is instead made of 3 walls and it must be installed in the opposite side of
the counter.
Once the air-baffles have been correctly installed, remove the protective films from both their internal and
external surfaces.
