v1.4

Once satisfied that the transfer hooks are fully engaged, lift the
lower safety latch to release the trolley (Fig 5).

Safety

– it is essential to release the lower safety latch before

commencing full lift. Failure to do so will lift the entire transfer
trolley.

4)     Once disconnected, move the trolley to one side to allow
you to complete the client transfer into the bath.

Client Transfer from bath to Seat/Trolley

1)

Use the ‘Seat out’ button on the handset to position the seat

out of the bath but remaining at its highest position.

2)Guide the transfer trolley into position under the seat. Lower
the seat

fully

using the ‘Seat out’ button on the handset.

3)When the seat is

fully down

 and all movement has stopped

gently push the

upper safety latch

 down to release (

Fig 6

).

4)The transfer trolley is then free to move away from the bath.

Footrest

The footrest is operated manually by pulling it into position in
front of the client.

Safety Locking Latches

The transfer seat option uses

 two safety locking latches

to

ensure safety and security whilst in use:

There is an

Upper latch

on the rear of the seat back and a

Lower latch

 on the transfer trolley.

(Fig 2)

In the event that the carriage hooks do not fully engage, the
upper safety latch will prevent the transfer chair from falling.

Should this occur, lower the transfer arm and follow the
transfer procedure from the beginning.
