If the cookies are hard to take off the sheet, insert
the sheet in the hot oven again and remove the
cookies while they are still warm.

If the cake does not come out of the pan when yhou
turn it over, use a knife to loosen the cake around
the edges. Turn the cake pan upside down again
and cover it several times with a cold, wet cloth.
Next time, grease the pan well and sprinkle some
bread crumbs into it.
