9. Compare the positions of the first black spot and the second one. see whether the two spots can
be totally overlapped or not. If they can, the X axis direction path is okay.(you can pass the 10th
step ); if they can’t, based on the first spot, through adjust the screws of the
reflecor#2,press"LASER" button, until the two spots can be totally overlapped.
10...Repeat steps6-8, until the first spot and the second spot can be totally overlapped. Now the
adjustment of the X axis direction light path finished.
11.let's check if this point is emitted at center of light inlet of the laser head. if no. We need to
check left-rightward and up-down deviation. For example. in case of left-rightward deviation.
adjust the reflector #2 in Y axis direction; in case of up-down deviation. and then adjust the
height of the laser tube holder

After this adjustment
,
laser Beam Alignment is needed.
3.24Trial operation of processing
After completing debugging of the movement and laser module with the steps above. you
can
start figure trail processing now.
Firstly start up the equipment according to the sequence of power-in. start up the auxiliary
machine like air pump and blower;
And then prepare ready the materials to be processed, and place the materials horizontally
on to the surface of working table;
Adjust distance of the laser head to make laser focus located on surface the materials to be
processed;

The positions of the light spots above are recommended to emit at the center of lens. but not the
edge. in case of being at the edge. further adjustment is needed till being at the center.

Laser is invisible light and with direct harm to human body. While adjusting the light
route. The operator is required to pay great care. The operator is not permitted to make
adjustment until having received professional training.

During adjustment. pay attention to the lens to have them free of pollution by smoke
and dust.
