Conducting two calls at once while switching between the calls
(broker's call).
During an ongoing external call you have accepted a second external call, or have called a further
party (see page 47).
You can now switch back and forth between two external callers.

You are conducting an external call, with a second call "on hold".
Press the R-key and key 2 . You are then connected with the other caller.
End the current (active) call
You alternate between two external callers and would like to end the call
with the "active" party.
Press the hang-up key. The current conversation is terminated. The other
party then calls you by Call-back.
If you are connected to two external parties and talk to them alternately, you can include the “on
hold” party in a three-party conference call (see page 51).
You can also switch back and forth between an internal and external party (Broker’s call) in the same
way from an “Internal inquiry call”.
You can include a call "on hold" in a three-party conference call.
