Using the Navigation key 

you can return to the sender data. You can then

scroll to other SMS messages, or leave the menu using the navigation key

Use this option to send selected SMS messages. A number that has already
been entered and saved is displayed and can be edited.
The SMS is deleted after it has been sent.

You can edit the message text and the destination number and then send the
message. The edited SMS is deleted after it has been sent. 
The template remains stored in Outgoing.

Respond with 

Yes

to the subsequent prompt to delete the SMS.

If you do not wish to edit an SMS you have selected as described above, return to Outgoing using the 
navigation key 

C

and then continue to scroll to other SMS messages, or leave the menu using the 

navigation key 

C

.

You can not write or receive any new SMS messages when the memory is full!
