SMS messages that can not be sent, because, for example, the connection was interrupted during 
transmitting, are flagged with an error status and saved to Outgoing (see page 43).

Note that some service providers charge a fee for setting up a connection to the SMS Center. There
is no fee charged for an interrupted connection with Deutsche Telekom.
You can inquire at the SMS Service of Deutsche Telekom whether an SMS message has reached
its destination or not.
All settings and stored SMS messages are retained in the event of a loss of power.
