Cookers with this device allow uninterrupted manual working and 
programming the cooking time of the oven between 0 and 120 
minutes. 

Uninterrupted manual working: set the type of cooking and the oven 
temperature using the "A" and "B" knobs respectively, turn the 
timer knob "C" in an anti-clockwise direction until it coincides with 
the 'hand' symbol. 

Programmed working: set the type of cooking and the oven 
temperature using the "A" and "B" knobs respectively, then turn the 
timer knob "C" in a clockwise direction to the desired cooking time. 
When the programmed time is over the oven turns off 
automatically.
