Operational Description
Secondary Power Source
The block diagram of the secondary power source circuit is shown below.
The original power is supplied from the primary power source unit or battery unit.
To prevent from not being able to turn ON/OFF the power caused by CPU runaway, the power ON process is
performed by the hardware.
The final process of power OFF and power OFF process in case of CPU runaway are also performed by the hardware.
To clear the flip-flop operation latching the pressing of power supply key, the battery low voltage detection signal is
linked.
Bus I/F Unit
The block diagram of the bus I/F unit is shown below.
The main bus is connected to the FPGA and FLASH ROM, and has a bus width of 16 bits.
DDR2 SDRAM is connected to the SDRAM dedicated 32-bit bus.
