User’s Manual

Setting Up

2. Shake the developer unit

by rocking it from side to
side several times.

Place the developer unit on
a level, steady place.

3. Remove the plastic seal

from the developer unit.
Gently pull off the seal
being carefully not to spill
toner. Handle to seal
carefully to avoid staining
your hands or clothes.

4. Remove the drum

protecting sheet from the
drum unit.

5. Mount the drum unit on

the developer unit.

Holding the drum unit with
its shutter facing outside,
insert one end of the drum
unit shaft into the bearing
hole of the developer unit.
