Carefully disconnect the BBU cable from the RAID controller (1).

Lift up the green locking handle on the BBU holder (2, see close-up) while 
sliding the BBU holder in the direction of the arrow as far as it will go (3).

After that, the hooks on the air duct will rest in the wide ends of the 
keyhole slots on the holder.

Lift the BBU holder out of the chassis.
