Troubleshooting
This section explains the procedures when this product is not running properly.
If the problem is not resolved after performing the following troubleshooting, con-
tact an office listed in "Appendix B Contact Information" (
p.90) referring to
"5.3 Contacting Maintenance Support"( p.85).

Troubleshooting on Error LED Display

On (amber) Temperature
abnormality was
detected.
Check that the temperature around this product's
installation location is correct (10

C ).
If it is correct, this product may fail.

Information" ( p.90)
Blinking (amber): fast
(one second interval)
The voltage
switch setting is
wrong or a fan
error was
detected.
Check the voltage switch setting. If the voltage
switch setting is wrong, remove the power cable
and correct the setting.

If the LED is still blinking even after correcting
the setting, this product may fail.
