PART Ⅱ OPERATION Ai BACK AUTO LIFT
1．Ai BACK AUTO LIFT
●
Ai back auto lift is a function which combined
artificial intelligence and back auto lift
(automatic lift control for backward travel).
●
Back auto lift is a function to raise auger housing
automatically when the machine travels
backward. And, Ai is a function which learns
work situation and automatically lower auger
housing to work position when travel direction is
changed from "Backward" to "Forward".
●
Because of this function, manual operation of
auger housing control lever when changing
direction from "Backward" to "Forward" is not
necessary. Smooth shift from "Backward" to
"Forward" is possible.
2．OPERATION OF Ai BACK AUTO LIFT
●
Except while snow removal work, do not turn on Ai back auto lift.
Otherwise, the machine may lose its balance, which is very dangerous.
■ACTIVATE Ai BACK AUTO LIFT
●
Press Ai back auto lift button. The button
lights up. Ai back auto lift is activated.
●
If change lever is set at "Backward" position
while Ai back auto lift is activated,
auger housing rises automatically. If change
lever is set at "Forward" or "Neutral point",
auger housing goes down to work position
automatically.
●
While auger housing is raised
by Ai back auto lift, manual operation of auger housing control lever has
priority over Ai back auto lift. Operate the lever according to the situation.
●
While Snowmatic plus is activated, set up by the selected mode has priority.
When Mode 3 is chosen, Ai function is activated.
●
While auger housing is raised by Ai back auto lift, if change lever is set at
"Neutral point" or "Forward" position, auger housing stops rising.
■STOP Ai BACK AUTO LIFT
If any of the following operations are done, light inside the button will be turned off, and Ai back
auto lift will be turned off.
●
Press Ai back auto lift button again.
●
Turn engine key to "Stop" position.
