8.3 Subject holding function
The AF system has a function to keep the focus position to some extent and prevent unintended focus shift even
when the subject loses sight, such as when the subject goes out of frame or another object crosses the subject. There

This characteristic of holding the subject when the subject changes can be adjusted steplessly using the AF speed
adjustment knob of the focus control unit.
With this product, you can use the AF speed adjustment knob (PF speed adjustment knob) of the focus control unit
(focus position demand unit) to adjust the characteristics of the subject holding function.
Set the DIP switch (SW202) on the F board (AF control board) of this product as shown below for the function
operated by the AF speed adjustment knob of the focus control unit.
