Operation Panel
Operation panel for the CR-IR346RU.
POWER Lamp
Lights (green) when the circuit breaker has been set to the “I” side and the
power turned ON. As the circuit breaker is basically left ON, the POWER Lamp
will also basically be lit.
PRIMARY/SECONDARY
When you wish to conduct Primary or Secondary erasure to the cassette (IP),
Erasure Selection Switch
press this key to enter each mode. If this key is pressed once, the Secondary
erasure will be selected and its icon mark (
). If this key is pressed once
again, the Primary erasure will be selected and its icon mark (
) will be
highlighted. To return to the routine reading mode in this stage, press the key
once again. As the mode selection operation procedure indicates, the key is
designed with the toggle system as follows.

Secondary Erasure mode
CALL Lamp
When the CALL Lamp lights (yellow), a pop-up window will appear on the
screen of the CR Console. Do as the message in the window instructs. When
the pop-up window is closed, the CALL Lamp will go OFF.
Cassette Ready
Lights (green) when the device has started up normally, indicating that
Lamp
cassette can be inserted. Cassette cannot be inserted when the lamp is OFF.
Progressing Status
Indicates the IP processing status.

Cassette Removal
Lights (green) when the processed cassette can be removed.
Lamp
CR Console
Inputs exposure information, displays images and operates QA. For detailed
operation procedures, see the
[CR Console Operaiton Manual]

Cassette Insertion Unit
Used for inserting cassette that contains an exposed IP.
Air Filter
Installed at the inlet of the ventilation fan.
Circuit Breaker
Should be left turned ON.
Reset Switch
Used only to reboot the CR-IR346RU. Never press this switch unless for error
recovery processing.
