Troubleshooting

Open the cover of the fuser unit and remove the jammed paper.

Close the cover of the fuser unit and press down the levers at both ends of the fuser unit.

Confirm that there are no scraps of paper remaining inside the printer, and then close the belt
unit.

Close the front cover.
