Cover open
The cover is opened.
- The Front or Top Cover is opened.
Close the Front or Top
Cover.
Fuser alarm
Temperature error in fusing unit
1) The temperature exceeds the set
value after the Fuser warm up or
during printing.
2) The temperature becomes below the
set value at the standby.
3) The temperature becomes below the
set value at the printing.
4) The temperature of Power On
exceeds the temperature of 3 seconds
later.
5) Detects the thermistor is broken.
6) The temperature does not reach the
specified temperature within 20
seconds from the power-on.
Turn the power on and off.
ROS alarm
ROS error
- The laser power does not reach the
specified value.
Turn the power on and off.
Scanner motor alarm
Scanner rotation error in ROS
1) The lock signal of the scanner motor
remains set on.
2) The lock signal of the scanner motor is
not set off within the specified time.
Turn the power on and off.
FAN alarm
FAN rotation error
Turn the power on and off.
Main motor alarm
Main motor error
- The Main Motor does not rotate or
stop.
Turn the power on and off.
BD alarm
BD (Beam Detect signal) error
- The interval of BD0 signal is large
than the specified value.
Turn the power on and off.
Drum/toner cartridge
error
The printer does not communicate with
the CRUM by the electrical trouble of the
Drum/toner cartridge.
Turn the power on and off.
Drum/toner cartridge type
error
A different type of Drum/toner cartridge
was detected.
Attach the correct Drum/
toner cartridge.
