REP3.1 FRONT UNIT (Reference Only)
<Removal>
1) Separate the CASSETTE ASSY 250 CL (PL2.1.1) from the printer by 15cm.
2) Pull the LEVER FRONT R (PL8.1.11) and LEVER FRONT L (PL8.1.12) toward you, open the
COVER ASSY FRONT.
3) Remove the COVER ASSY STACK CL. (REP1.7)
CAUTION
Be careful not to damage the FFC OPP CL (PL1.1.21) in the procedure
below.
4) Remove the COVER ASSY TOP CL with the FFC OPP CL. (REP1.4)
5) Remove the COVER SIDE LEFT CL. (REP1.1)
6) Remove the COVER ASSY RIGHT CL. (REP1.2)
7) Remove the COVER FRONT LEFT. (REP3.7)
8) Remove the COVER FRONT RIGHT. (REP3.6)
9) Remove the connectors (CN204, CN205, and CN206) on the AZUSA HVPS (PL9.1.6), release the
harness from the harness guide.
10) Insert the straight-head screwdriver as shown in illustration, release the hook of the HOLDER
STOPPER L FRONT (PL8.1.18).
11) Remove the two connectors (P/J1101 and P/J1102) of the HARNESS ASSY MSI (PL3.1.26) from
the harness guide.
12) Slide the STOPPER CVR F L (PL4.14) to the arrow direction, remove it from the FRAME ASSY
FRONT (PL8.1.1).
13) Remove a screw (gold, with washer, 6mm) that fixes the FG CABLE (PL3.1.19) is connected to the
PLATE ASSY GEAR (PL7.1.3).
14) Pinch the both ends of the FRONT UNIT and remove it.
