5.3  Troubleshooting the Auto Filtration

Change or overwrite the filter after 
setting by re-entering the filter after 
value in Manager Settings, Filter 
Attributes in section 1.8 in the 
FQ4000 controller manual. 

CLEAN AND FILTER

Temperature too low. 

Ensure fryer is at setpoint before 
starting Clean and Filter.

thermal overload switch has 
probably tripped.  Allow the 
motor to cool at least 45 minutes 
then press the Pump Reset 
Switch (see page 5-5).
