Attach the bearing block (A) to the flange plate (B)

Fit the chain tensioner (C) to the bearing block

Engage the chain tensioner (C) with the bolts on the bearing block so that the
chain can be tensioned correctly

Lubricate the shaft stub with copper paste
r
Insert the ash screw (D) through the flange plate and bearing block
Ä
The groove in the ash screw must be aligned with the groove in the bearing block
r
Push key (E) into the groove
r
Attach the sprocket with the spacer sleeve (F)
r
Slide the key (G) into the groove and fit the shaft retainer (H)
r
Insert the flange plate with the ash screw into the heat exchanger on the back of the
boiler and fix in place with screws
r
Fit the geared motor (A) to the flange plate (B)
r
Lubricate the shaft stub with copper paste
r
Insert the ash screw (C) through the flange plate and into the geared motor
Ä
The groove in the ash screw must be aligned with the groove in the geared motor
r
Slide the motor key (D) into the groove
r
Fit the sprocket (E)
r
Slide the sprocket key (F) into the groove and fit the shaft retainer (G)
r
Insert the flange plate with the ash screw into the heat exchanger on the back of the
boiler and fix in place with screws
