Fit 1x flue pipe compensator to the side and underside of the FGR blower fan

Also screw on the earthing wire (supplied) with the toothed washer as potential
equalisation

Fit the pipe bend on the upper side of the flange on the flue pipe compensator and on
the side to the flange pipe with a strap

Also screw on the earthing wire (supplied) with the toothed washer as potential
equalisation

Seal the connection

Wrap heat insulation around the FGR pipe and fix in place using tension springs

Fit the cover to the FGR pipe and pipe bend

Fit the cover plate on the inspection plate on the side of the pipe bend cover

Fit the upper cover plates

Cut out the upper cover plate pre-punched blanking on the side of the heat-
exchanger drive

NOTICE! The FGR blower fan must be insulated by the customer! Make sure the
drive assembly of the FGR blower fan can be removed.
