5.5.18 Assembling FGR differential pressure control (for electrostatic precipitator)

Remove the pre-punched blanking on the cover plate

Remove the burrs with a half-round file
r
Remove the blanking plug from the FGR duct behind it
r
Install the differential pressure transmitter on the boiler insulation
r
Screw in the measuring nipple on the sleeve of the FGR duct
r
Insert the reducing plug (A) at connection “P1” and fit the hose with the hose clamp
r
Attach the measuring hose with hose clamp to the measuring nipple

Screw in the spacer tube (A)

Screw the brass bushing (B) into the spacer tube (A)
r
Insert the combustion chamber overpressure monitor (C) and fix loosely with fixing
screws
r
Screw in the flanged pipe (D)
r
Fit the counter flange (E)
r
Insert the combustion chamber temperature sensor (F) so that it projects by approx.
40 - 50 mm into the combustion chamber (G)
r
Fix in position on the counter flange with the clamping screws by hand
