ANTI-TIP DEVICE.
For Freestanding and Slide-In Cookers. To
check if the bracket is installed and engaged
properly, look underneath the cooker to see
that the rear leveling leg is engaged in the
bracket. On some models, the storage drawer
or kick panel can be removed for easy inspection.
If visual inspection is not possible, slide the
cooker forward, confirm the anti-tip bracket is
securely attached to the floor or wall, and slide
the cooked back so the rear leveling leg is under
the anti-tip bracket.

A child or adult can tip the cooker and be killed.
Verify the anti-tip bracket has been properly installed
and engaged.
Ensure the anti-tip bracket is re-engaged when the cooker
is moved.
Do not operate the cooker without the anti-tip bracket in
place and engaged.
Failure to follow these instructions can result in death or
serious burns to children or adults.
Tip-Over Hazard
- Do not store or use gasoline or other flammable vapors and liquids in the
vicinity of this or any other appliance.
- WHAT TO DO IF YOU SMELL GAS
• Do not try to light any appliance.
• Do not touch any electrical switch; do not use any phone in your building.
• Immediately call your gas supplier from a neighbor’s phone. Follow the gas
supplier’s instructions.
• If you cannot reach your gas supplier, call the fire department.
- Installation and service must be performed by a qualified installer, service
agency or the gas supplier.
