Steam leakage Check sealing of shaft
and heating elements.
Transformer output vol-
tage too high. Check transformer.
Temperature too high. Check cooling air flow.
Clean grids.
Security thermostat The unit will not start up Problem with ventilators.
(rotate too slow)
Malfunction of vane
switches.
Sticking contact(s) of
contactor(s).
Broken thermostat. Check these items.
Steam leakage Controller not stable. Pro-
grams act strange.
Controller switches off du-
ring program.
Visibility of LCD gets worse. Leakage of steam throu-
gh ventilator shaft.
Leakage of steam throu-
gh gasket of heating
element Check sealings of these
items.

Cooling air flow Controller overheated Cooling air flow blocked. Clean air grids.
Relay for compressor,

Transformer defect Unable to switch ON the
Multisserie. Internal short circuit in
transformer (gets hot).
Fuse F1 and/or F2 blown Check and replace trans-
former if necessary.
Heating element Mutisserie does not reach
the adjusted temperature.
Product not ready in time.
Uneven cooking Heating element defect
Wire loose Check heating element
and wiring.
Replace if necessary.
