Working principle.
To increase the lifetime of the 240V~ halogen lamps,
the voltage is decreased to 200V~ with a transfor-
mer.
The transformer
The transformer has 3 coils which are all put in series.
Therefore, insulation test is not possible.
Resistances measured against the blue (0V) wire.
Brown:
9,8 Ω (230V~ in)
Orange:
9,4 Ω (200V~ out)
Red:
8,1 Ω (145V~ ) Not used
The lamp
It’s resistance is 24,5 Ω.
In circuit, a resistance of 5,35 Ω can be expected.
Working principle.
This motor has 2 equal coils of 120 Ω.
The coils are internal connected and the black wire is
connected to this junction.
Exchanging the 2 white wires will change the rotation
direction.
The motor needs to turn cw (clockwise), seen on the
top of the cam shaft.
The resistances can be measured in circuit.
Working principle.
Relay K4 switches the compressor and is controlled by
output x5 of the slave I/O board.
The resistances as shown can be measured in circuit.
