IF PROBLEM
PERSISTS
The brewing light (F) or (H)
blinks very quickly.
Carry out the following steps:
- switch off the machine;
- fi ll in the tank if necessary;
- switch on the machine and wait until the BLUE light (F or H) turns on.
If the light continues blinking quickly repeat the previous operation twice.
It is always possible to continue using the operating groups (brewing and steam group) of the ma-
chine.

The steam light (G) blinks very
quickly.
Carry out the following steps:
- switch off the machine;
- fi ll in the tank if necessary;
- switch on the machine and wait until all the lights turn on
- place a container under the steam wand and move the steam switch (C) downwards;
- Move again the switch (C) downwards;
It is always possible to continue using the brewing groups of the machine.
The machine stops brewing
coffee.
There is no water in the tank:
- fi ll in the water tank;
- remove the capsule holder from the group;
- activate a brewing switch of your choice until water comes out.
It is always possible to continue using the operating brewing groups of the machine.
I move the switch (C) down-
wards and the machine does
not dispense steam
Check that:
- the tank contains water;
- the light (G) is on;
- dispense
steam.
Water comes out of the ma-
chine.
- switch off the machine;
- unplug the machine.
Water comes out of the group
during brewing.
- Check that the fi lter and capsule holder is inserted correctly.
- Try again using a new capsule.
I switch on the machine but
the light (E) does not turn on.
Check the condition of protection switches of the power supply. Check that the power cord is con-
nected to the machine. Plug the power cord to the power supply.
The light (F/G/H) does not turn
on any more and the group
does not work.
It is always possible to continue using the operating brewing groups of the machine.
ADVICE
In order to obtain an high-quality espresso, remember to:
- heat the cups before use (on the cup warming surface or using hot water)
- brew espresso only when the lights (F and H) are on
- dispense a small amount of water before and after using the machine in order to maintain the machine in the best operating conditions
- switch on the machine at least 20 minutes before use
- change the water in the tank at least twice a week.
It is also recommended to use water with low calcium content in order to reduce limescale within the machine.
