1. Measure the actual transmittance of the external lens or external infrared
window (usually tested by the FOTRIC after-sales service department or by a
qualified partner licensed by FOTRIC, with standard measurement master for
precise test).
2. Click the IR window compensation set button.

Slide up and down to select the temperature of the external optical window/
lens.
4.
Slide up and down (0.01 – 1.0) and set the transmittance value.
5. Click on other areas of the thermal image screen, or click the back button to
complete distance measurement setting.

Note: If the selected external optical lens has been calibrated at the factory, or
there is no external infrared window, the IR window compensation is usually set
to off.
