Making the FON-C71 discoverable via Bluetooth

If you make the FON-C71 discoverable, other Bluetooth devices can scan and find the 
FON-C71.

To make the FON-C71 discoverable:

1.

Activate Bluetooth mode.

2.

Tap .

3.

Select 

Edit My Device Information

.

4.

Select 

Open Discover

 and tap the 

Switch

 softkey to change the setting to 

On

.

5.

Tap the 

Save

 softkey.

Editing device information

You can change the Device Name of the FON-C71 to reflect its location during Bluetooth discovery.

To change the Device Name:

1.

Activate Bluetooth mode.

2.

Tap .

3.

Select 

Edit My Device Information

.

4.

Enter the desired name in the 

Device Name

 field.

5.

Tap the 

Save 

softkey.

Disconnecting a Bluetooth device

To disconnect a Bluetooth device from the FON-C71:

1.

Tap .

2.

Select 

Paired Bluetooth Device

.

3.

Select the connected Bluetooth device and tap the 

Disconnect

 softkey.

Wi-Fi

The FON-C71 has builtin Wi-Fi. In order to connect to activate and connect via Wi-Fi, follow 
these steps.

Activating the Wi-Fi mode

To activate the Wi-Fi mode on the FON-C71:

1.

Tap 

Menu > Settings > Basic Settings > Wi-Fi
