ging rocks, it is absolutely compulsory, before starting to work, to block off in a proper
way all the areas that may cause a fall of the truck from the top due to a wrong mano-
euvre by the operator.
- It is absolutely forbidden to transport loads with a weight higher that the max machine
capacity.
- It is absolutely forbidden to let foreign people stand within the machine working area.
- Do not park the machine on slopes. In case of need, make sure to lock the machine
with stumps or stones to be put between the ground and the wheels.
- Periodically check the tightening and holding of the screws nuts and of the connec-
tions, if any.
- It is absolutely forbidden to remove or tamper the safety devices.
SECTION 3:
TRANSPORT
3.1 TRANSPORT
In case it is necessary to transport the
machine on a long route, it is possible to
load it on trucks or other suitable means
of transport and strictly without load and
without any pushed or towed trolley,
container or other.
In order to load the machine onto the me-
ans of transport, it is necessary to have 3
suitable loading ramps (fig 2). Such ramps
shall have at least 150 kg capacity and they
shall be at least 25 cm wide, have the sides
higher than 5 cm, and a length such as their
inclination does not exceed 15°/20° with re-
spect to the horizon line and they shall be
equipped with a coupling device to the me-
ans of transport.
