HOW TO MANAGE
THE MEDIA LIBRARY
With the Media Player you can select
the audio files stored on your USB
device, using voice commands or
steering wheel buttons.
You can scroll audio files by folder,
artist, genre, album or playlist and can
use voice recognition to choose one
of these categories. Once you have
selected the category that you want,
use the manual controls to select a file.
Enter track data (e.g.: title, artist,
album, genre) for surfing your media
library friendly.
Note
Not all formats require to enter media
info. Of the all formats recognised by
Ford Audio
,
.mp3, .wma
and
.mp4
have multimedia information while the
.wav
format does not. It may also be
the case that the multimedia
information has not been entered in an
audio file that allows this. In these
cases, scrolling through audio files can
only take place by folder.

Selection by folder
If your USB device has files containing
tracks saved on it, it will be visible in
the menu
FOLDERS
(function not
available for iPods).

Launch the Main Menu and select
MEDIA PLAYER

Scroll folders.
To play all folders, select

Scroll the selected folder tracks.
To play the required track, select
the title and then press

To play all folder, select
