Use
Next to the 3 preset
HrC
programs your able to create your own HRC program. “Swipe”
(when in the screen shown above) to the right and you will get into the
CUSTOM HrC
program.
Press the button with
CUSTOM
and a keyboard will appear where you can enter the
preferred percentage % of you maximal heart rate. Press OK to start the training.
A screen like the one shown below will appear and the value
TIMe
can be set, as
previously described in
PrOGraM
.
The meter left on the screen is showing the
TarGeT Hr
. This is your training heart rate
goal. The meter in the middle shows the current resistance level (1-16). The meter on
the right is the displaying the
CUrrenT Hr
. When the
CUrrenT Hr drops below the
TarGeT Hr
the resistance will automatically be increased. When the
CUrrenT Hr
tops
the
TarGeT Hr
the resistance will automatically be decreased.
First the heart rate goal needs to be set. The default goal is set
to 65%.
It is also possible to set your own heart rate level. For this option
press X on the keypad and enter your level. “Swipe” the heart
rate box to the right to enter
