Use
When you want to train by using your heart rate, select
HrC
in the training menu.
There will be a choice of 3 levels:
55% WarM UP
to start your training (10 min.)
65% FaT BUrnInG
Fat buring (minimal 30 min.)
75% enDUranCe TraInInG
Improving stamina (depends on you basis stamina)
This program can only be used with an chest belt (not included).
The scroll wheel will appear. By turning the scroll wheel clock or counter clockwise
the value can be set. Go back to the program by pressing the wrench again. When you
choose to set one of the values the training will end when you have reached one of this
values.
The resistance can be increased or decreased during a training by moving the profile
slider up or down. When the program is finished you can return to the main menu by
pressing the
HOMe
button. After a training your able to “post” your result on Facebook
or Twitter. For posting you need an account to log in.

don’t want to enter the distance or burned calories you can press
DOne
and the program will start.
During a training the resistance is adjustable. Press the red box
in the top right corner. Next, the workout profile will appear in the
form of 20 different slides. Press on of the sliders and slide up or
down. After selecting the desired resistance press on the number
in the red box in the top right corner of the screen and you will
return to the program.
Press the
STarT
button to start the training program. Press the
PaUSe
button to pause the training and the
STOP
button to end
the training program.
