7. Troubleshooting
Problem
My tablet / smartphone can’t get a bluetooth connection with the iConsole.
Solution
1.
The iConsole
+
App doesn’t communicatie with all types of tablets and smartphones. The
devices that can be used with the iConsole
+
App are listed at page 81.
2.
The bluetooth function only supports one connection. Make sure your not connected to
an other device while trying to connect to iConsole.
3.
The connection can be disrupted by external factors. Turn off the bluetooth function on
your tablet or smartphone. Then turn bluetooth back on again and make a connection
with the iConsole.
Problem
My training exercises are not stored in the
INFORMATION MENU
.
Solution
For saving and storing training exercises you need to have a account. In the chapter
SETTING MENU
you will find the description on how to make an account.
Problem
I can’t use the
IROUTE
function in the
GYM CENTER MENU
.
Solution
To start up the
IROUTE
application an account is required for logging in. In the chapter
SET-
TING MENU
you will find the description on how to make an account.
Problem
When starting a route on
IROUTE
the menu
“Your workout this time”
appears.
Solution
If you are using an Android Tablet download the iConsole HD app from the Google play
store.
In case your problem is not resolved or not described, consult the fitness reseller where
you purchased this product.
