When the program is finished you can return to the main menu by pressing the
HOME
button. After a training your able to “post” your result on Facebook or Twitter. For posting
you need an account to log in.
QUICK START - Start directly with a training
With the
QUICK START
program you don’t have to set anything except the resistance.
The values
TIME
,
DISTANCE
and
CALORIES
will increase during the training. The resis-
tance can be increased or decreased by “swiping” the brown lever up or down.
