RBH Select Menu
The Radar Bearing Handoff (RBH) selection is accomplished through the
NMEA device Select Menu (Figure 3-23). The default position of the
RBH device is No device. However, if the host platform is equipped with
NMEA radar and it can provide an input to the SeaFLIR II Imaging
System, select NMEA. Use the Radar Configuration Menu (Figure 3-24)
to identify and select the device data message format ($RATTM or
$RARSD). Use the Baud Rate Select Menu (Figure 3-25) to select the
baud rate at which the radar information is received from the radar.

– Selects a Single Shot input mode when in Radar
bearing mode, when radar information is made available to the SeaFLIR
II, and the operator can elect to accept the input.

– Selects continuous input mode from the radar, when
in Radar bearing mode, and the SeaFLIR II is slaved to the radar.
The SeaFLIR II operator can select one of two elevation modes for the
SGA, User or Init 0 mode (Figure 3-26). User the elevation (El) angle is
not preset. Init 0 is preset to 0º elevation (level) and the operator would
offset to center the target from that point.

SGA Orientation Select
The user selects the SGA orientation (Figure 3-17) for the platform type
on which the SeaFLIR II system is installed.
