6.1
Selecting Devices
Devices are saved in the PTZ keyboard as zones. Select the zone to login to
the desired device.
To select zones:
1. Login to the keyboard.
2. Select
Zone Control
and press
ENTER
.
3. Enter the ID for the device and press
ENTER
.
The keyboard will connect to the device. See below for controls based on
the type of device you are connecting to: DVR/NVR or PTZ camera.
6.2
Controlling DVRs or NVRs
Once you have added your FLIR MPX DVR or NVR to the keyboard, you can
control connected PTZ cameras, control the live display or playback, and ac-
cess the menus. The below controls are available when connected to the
DVR or NVR.
NOTE
For DVRs and NVRs, you must log out from any local user accounts before you can use
the keyboard controls.

DVR/NVR Controls
When you are connected to a DVR or NVR, the screen looks like the one
below.
