Adding PTZ Cameras using RS485
You can control PTZ cameras using the RS485 connection.
To add a PTZ camera using RS485:
1. Connect the RS485 Rx cables from the PTZ camera to the keyboard.
NOTE
Connect Rx positive (+) from the camera to the A1 connector on the keyboard. Con-
nect Rx negative (-) from the camera to the B1 connector on the keyboard.
2. Plug in the keyboard to power it on.
3. Press
ENTER
to open the menu. Select the admin user and enter the
password (default:
000000
) under
PW
. Press
ENTER
to login.
4. Select
Menu Settings
and press
ENTER
