Make sure that the machine stands horizontally. Adjust, if necessary, with the aid of the
legs of the machine. Connect the warm water. The connection shall be equipped with a
stop cock, vacuum valve and non-return valve.
5.3.3 Drain connection [MM5]
See the installation drawing and technical specifications.
Connect the drain tube to the union elbow which is located under the tank, so that the wa-
ter can flow out freely.
If it is not possible to let water flow freely to the drain, one have to use a drain pump.
A machine with a drain pump is connected to a basin in a pre-wash table or into a drain
pipe over the water lock.
The connection can be located at aheight of max. 0,8 m from the bottom of the machine.
It is not allowed to lengthen the drain hose.

Check the following points before using the machine
• the dishwasher has been installed horizontally according to the installation in-
structions.
• all the connections (electricity, water) are tight and correctly made.

If the machine is not equipped with
the drain pump, the drain water is
conveyed straight to the floor drain.
The drain water pipe must be
installed so that it ends above the
water level in the water drain.
