6.2 Setting the detergent dispenser [MM5]
The detergent dispenser is adjusted by turning the pump setting screw to position 6. After
that the potentiometer TR 3 on the relay card is adjusted so that the air bubble in the hose
moves 10-12 cm. The detergent supplier adjusts the pump for the valid detergent.
6.2.1 Control of the detergent dispensing
•
When the wash pump runs the setting area is 0...30 seconds.
•
During tank filling, the detergent dispensing will automatically become four time
longer, i.e. 0-->120 seconds.
•
When the hood is up, the function of the pump is prevented.
6.3 Setting the temperatures [MM5]
The tank and boiler temperatures are adjusted on the relay card. The boiler setting value
is adjusted with potentiometer TR2 and the tank temperature is adjusted with the potenti-
ometer TR1. The boiler setting value is 85 degrees (Norway 93). The tank setting is 62
degrees.
6.3.1 Energy saving in stand by period [E/S short circuit piece switched to ON position]
•
1 min program is chosen; the boiler temperature 10°C below the setting value
•
2 min program is chosen; the boiler temperature 20°C below the setting value
•
3 min program is chosen; the boiler temperature 30°C below the setting value
6.3.2 Temperature sensors [NTC]
•
Alarm, if the sensor is in short circuit, broken or if the temperature is below 0°C /
over 125°C
