Problem Probable Causes Suggested Solutions
LEAKS:
Tank bearing Lack of lubrication - Replace seal and follow lube
leaks. seal worn. schedule.
Bolts not tightened. Tighten uniformly to 25 ft. lbs.

Pressure Clamps. Rubber seal cracked, Replace, always grease seal
pinched or torn. before clamping shut.
Suction. Rubber seal cracked, Replace, always grease seal
pinched or torn. before clamping shut.
Discharge Not greased often enough. Rebuild swivels w/repair kit (part

Pump Shaft. Pressure lubricator not Replace pump seal, service

Pump Suction Cover O-Ring bad. Replace cover O-Ring, use grease

Discharge Boom Worn or no gasket. Replace gasket.

MACHINE JUMPS DURING OPERATION:
Agitator. Agitator bent by heavy Straighten agitator or shim, so it
