Find the right position of harness strap adjuster. (see position 1
as showed in the left picture).
Keep pressing down the harness straps adjuster by one hand,
meanwhile grip the two shoulder straps and pull them into the
adjuster with the other hand.
Press the red button, then push the headrest up and down in
order to adjust the height of the headrest, release the red
button to lock the position you like.
