Assembly with service units of the MS series
Note
Loss of the safety function
Incorrect installation in the service unit combination can result in loss of the safety func-
tion.
•
Only devices that do not impair the pneumatic protective measure “safe venting”
may be placed downstream of the MS6-SV-E.
For assemble one or several already present service units of the same series (
Fig. 15):
1. If present, remove the cover cap MS6-END
1
from the assembly side (push upwards).
2. Place the module connectors MS6-MV
2
in
the grooves of the individual devices. A seal is
required between the individual units (in-
cluded in the scope of delivery, module con-
nector MS6-MV or mounting bracket
MS6-WPB).
3. Fasten the module connectors MS6-MV with 2
screws.
