• Move the slide next to the piston.
• Insert the moment compensator into the slide as shown. It must have
some play between the two hexagon pins. If necessary, unscrew one of the
threaded pins by half a revolution.
Note
Pay attention to the position of the moment
compensator (holes on top).
• Screw the two countersunk screws into the moment compensator through the
piston and tighten them using the appropriate torque (see table).

• Place the toothed belt axis on the work surface as shown with the linear
guide facing upwards.
• Support the piston to the side of the hole for the securing pin with a sturdy
object.
Warning
Driving in the securing pin without supporting the piston can result in damage
to the piston (risk of breakage/deformation).
Note
You can place the pin in a freezer compartment for a few minutes to make
assembly easier.
• Align the pin so that the flattened side is parallel with the edge of the slide.
• Slowly drive the pin through the moment compensator and piston using a
punch.
