Description
The measuring unit for the temperature can be switched to either:
°Centigrade or °Fahrenheit
The interference frequency suppression specifies the frequency at which power
units etc. are to be operated in order that interference resulting therefrom can be
suppressed.

Bit 3: 0 = °C (presetting); 1 = °Fahrenheit
