Indication of “Automatic gearbox” mode
When the gearbox is used in “automatic” mode (see page 150), the
word “auto” appears in the bottom of the gearbox display together
with the number or letter indicating the engaged gear.
Indication of “Auto easy exit” mode
When the gearbox is used in “Auto easy exit” mode (see page 150),
the word “auto” appears in the bottom of the display together with
a small “arrow” pointing downwards on the left.
Indication of gearbox in “Parking” mode
When the gearbox is in “Parking” mode, i.e. the Park Lock gearbox
locking device is activated (see page 164), the letter “P” appears in
the centre of the gearbox display.
Indication of Launch Control activated
When the gearbox is used in “manual” mode and the Launch
Control function is requested by pressing the special button on
the centre console (see page 165), the word “launch” appears in
the bottom of the gearbox display. The word remains while the
function is activated.
Indication of AVH system activated
In certain circumstances, when the AVH system is activated (see
page 163), the word “HOLD” appears in the top of the gearbox
display.
