3. Service and maintenance
3.1 Adjustments
Gas conversion
The unite can use gas of the
2
nd
or
3
rd
family
as clearly indicated on the packaging and on the
unit’s technical data plate. If the unit has to be used with a gas other than the factory-set one, pro-
ceed as follows:
1. Disconnect the power supply and turn off the gas.
2. Remove the front panel (
see *** 'Opening the front panel' on page 219 ***
).
3. Turn the Throttle (fig. 23) according to the position indicated in table 7.
4. Apply the plate for LPG (contained in the document bag) near the technical data plate.
5. Refit the front panel and turn on the power to the boiler.

Modify the parameter for the type of gas
:
• Access the user menu
• Access the [
service menu] and press confirm
• Enter the password
"1234"
and confirm [
]
• Select [Combustion Control]
• select the parameter [1/Gas type selection]
• Choose the correct type of gas according to table 7 then, from the menu, select the corre-
sponding parameter [NG/LPG]
• Press [OK]
• Confirm the parameter change by touching [Confirm]
• Exit the service menu by touching the Home icon
• The fan will start for about 20 seconds
• Open the gas

MAKE SURE THE FRONT CASING IS CLOSED AND THE INTAKE/FUME EXHAUST
DUCTS ARE COMPLETELY ASSEMBLED
Put the boiler in heating or DHW mode for at least 2 minutes. During this period the boiler per-
forms a calibration and the flame symbol flashes on the display. The end of calibration is indi-
cated by the flame symbol steady on the display.
Check the combustion values (see following par.).
