Disinfection/Cleaning
1 Remove the system from the stretcher
2 Fasten the straps to prevent damage to these or to the
washing machine.
3 Place the fastened straps in a fabric bag (not supplied), and
then in an industrial washing machine.
4 Wash at low temperature with detergent and use a gentle
cycle. Do not use bleach or other bleaching agents.
5 Remove the system from the bag and leave it out to dry. Do
not put in a tumble dryer.

Rescue procedures involving the use of ropes,
harnesses, bridles and other protective equipment
require special skills and can be potentially
dangerous.
Rescue personnel should not carry out these
procedures without the relevant training and
instruction.
